More risqué photos of Miley Cyrus have surfaced on the internet, one of which shows Miley wearing a 'Nick J' necklace. A hacker claims the photos are part of a lot Miley emailed to Nick Jonas in 2007, and he obtained them by accessing her email. One of the photos, taken when the Hannah Montanna star was 14-year-old, shows Miley posing provocatively standing under a shower with her clothes soaked. The other shows her blowing a kiss at her camera phone with her tee folded up to reveal her midriff.
Miley has been mired in scandals since a set of photos posted on the internet in January, showed her posing in underwear. The photos were believed to have been hacked from Miley's Myspace page.
A second set of photos was leaked in April, one of which showed Miley teasingly pulling her tank top down to expose a fledgling cleavage and green underwear. Another one showed her lying in the lap of a young male wearing a midriff revealing short top.
In April, Miley posed provocatively for Vanity Fair magazine. The photos, in which she appears to be nude but is clothed, were shot by famed photographer Annie Leibovitz, in the presence of Miley's parents. They appeared in the May issue of magazine alongside interviews of Miley and her parents.
Miley apologized for the photos saying, "I took part in a photo shoot that was supposed to be 'artistic' and now, seeing the photographs and reading the story, I feel so embarrassed."
Her father, Billy Ray Cyrus, put the blame for the photos squarely on Leibovitz.
