The Smile star - currently enjoying a break with friends at the exclusive Hotel du Cap on the French Riviera - glowed as she walked along famed hotspot The Croisette in a fetching pink outfit and short denim skirt.
Lily, 23, has endured a torrid time romantically, following a miscarriage and recent break-up from Chemical Brothers singer Ed Simmons.
But she appeared to have put her troubles behind her as she went for a relaxing stroll along the seafront with her mystery man.
But the singer told the Daily Mail today she is "just friends" with the man, who she has known for some time - either from school or through her family.
She said she has gone on the holiday to soak up the sun, relax and to come to terms with the death of her friend Traka Cordell last week.
She revealed she is not drinking in the day but spending her time reading and sleeping then going to bed early.
