Paris Hilton looked buoyant for dinner with boyfriend

Paris Hilton looked buoyant as she went out for dinner with on-off boyfriend Doug Reinhardt in a low-cut mini dress.

The wealthy socialite is well known for her (financial) assets but it appears she has invested in a push-up bra as well.

The couple were dinning at Mr Chow in Beverly Hills for toyboy Doug's birthday.

Reality TV star Paris, 28, wore a black, low-cut baby doll dress - with a diamante neckline that drew attention to her larger-than-normal cleavage.

She accessorised with a bling diamond necklace, hairband, earrings, bracelet and ring.

Baseball player Doug, who turned 24, also invited his family to the meal on Thursday evening

Paris wrote on Twitter: 'Just had a lovely birthday dinner with Doug and his family at Mr Chow.'

But although her appearance will lead to speculation that she has had a breast augmentation or is pregnant, the socialite has been well-known for appearing with a full cleavage one day and a flat chest the next.

In the past she has credited her lingerie line for giving her the appearance of boosting her cup size.

In OK! Magazine in 2007 she said: 'In my lingerie line, I have a bra that I designed for flat-chested girls and it makes your boobs look huge! People think it’s fake boobs.

HERE'S proof PARIS HILTON is familiar with the meaning of the word 'glamour'.

The ditzy socialite ditched the dodgy headbands and low-cut dresses at a screening of new MTV documentary Paris, Not France in Hollywood last night.

And she succeeded in looking classy with some aplomb, thanks to her gorgeous dress and meticulously-crafted hairdo.

The one-hour special follows Paris' life from birth to present.

She must have been cringing when it got to the bit about her infamous sex tape.

Not least because mum and dad were both present.

A year after her disastrous comeback attempt at the MTV Video Music Awards, Britney Spears swept the event on Sunday, winning the first three Moonman statuettes of her career.

The pop singer, whose career has been overshadowed in recent years by a litany of personal woes, took home the awards for video of the year, best pop video and best female video, all for the track Piece of Me.

'Wow, thank you, I'm in shock right now. I was not expecting this,' she said at the end of the night as she accepted the shiny Moonman statue for video of the year.

'This is such an honor to have this award right now.'

Spears gave similar speeches with her previous two prizes - best female video and best pop video - politely thanking God, her children and her record label before quickly leaving the stage.

Despite weeks of speculation, Spears did not perform, instead opening the show by delivering just four sentences.

She said: 'Thank you so much. Thank you for all the love. I'm here tonight to celebrate a very important birthday, the 25th anniversary of the VMAs. This is the 2008 MTV Video Music Awards and it starts right now.'

She earned a few laughs during a pre-taped comedic segment with Superbad actor Jonah Hill, in which he repeatedly tried to trick her into kissing him.

The crowd was behind her from the start, with several stars offering their support on the red carpet.

'I've always been a Britney Spears fan,' said Ne-Yo. 'I really want her to get out there and shut everyone's mouth.'

'As far as Britney, she can do what she wants and still be the queen of all this,' said T-Pain, who arrived at the ceremony on an elephant.

And Paris Hilton, her one-time party companion, presented Spears with the award for best pop video, telling her afterward: 'I love you. I miss you. And it's so good to see you.'

Wearing a glittering silver dress that hugged her curves and her hair in soft blonde waves, she later posed for photos with her three trophies in the press room but did not answer questions from reporters.

Accompanied by her longtime manager Larry Rudolph, Spears chewed gum and grinned and kept her eyes straight ahead.

Other winners included R&B singer Chris Brown's With You for best male video, Linkin Park's Shadow of the Day for best rock video, and rapper Lil Wayne's Lollipop for best hip-hop video.

In a hilarious, Paris Hilton reveals why Americans should vote for her

Paris Hilton mocks Republican Presidential candidate John McCain in a spoof video

Socialite Paris Hilton has announced she's running for president in a spoof internet video hitting back at Republican candidate John McCain.

The hotel heiress was furious when McCain's campaign used an image of her in an anti-Barack Obama ad without asking her permission.

As clips were shown of Paris, Britney Spears and Obama, the McCain ad said of his rival: ' the biggest celebrity in the world... but is he ready to lead?'
Despite Paris's mother Kathy issuing an angry response to the ad, the socialite remained quiet... until now.

In a hilarious internet video, Paris, 27, addresses McCain, 71, as 'from the olden days' and a 'wrinkly white haired guy' and dismisses Obama as 'that other guy'.

In the short promo, produced by Brooke Shields' husband Chris Henchy, Paris announces her plan to run for president and paint the White House pink as she reads a glossy magazine on a sunlounger while dressed in a leopard-print swimsuit and stilleto heels.

Paris is introduced after a voiceover hailing McCain as 'the oldest celebrity in the world... like super-old, old enough to remember when dancing was a sin and beer was served in a bucket.... but is he ready to lead?'

While the socialite needs no introductions, she says: 'Hey America, I'm Paris Hilton and I'm a celebrity too. Only, I'm not from the olden days, and I'm not promising change like that other guy, I'm just hot.

'But then that wrinkly white haired guy used me in his campaign ad, which I guess means I'm running for president, so thanks for the endorsement white haired dude, and I want America to know, that I'm like, totally ready to lead.'

Before presenting her strategy for the current energy crisis, Paris stops to look through the magazine to 'find out where I can fly to get the best tan... oh Maui.'

After reeling off her surprising plan to solve the energy crisis, Paris challenges Obama and McCain, saying: 'I'll see you at the debates bitches.'

Before signing off, Paris says she hopes to appoint R&B singer Rihanna as her vice president.

In response, McCain's spokesperson Tucker Bounds said: 'It sounds like Paris Hilton supports John McCain's 'all of the above' approach to America's energy crisis - including both alternatives and drilling. Paris Hilton might not be as big a celebrity as Barack Obama, but she obviously has a better energy plan.'

Paris is no stranger to political controversy.

In 2004, despite appearing in ads for rapper Sean 'Diddy' Combs Vote Or Die campaign, which encouraged young voters to register to vote, it was later revealed she didn't even vote.
